Help!! I can't view my pictures and videos

I recently bought a N95 R160.
My baby daughter was born 12/30/2008 and I took some videos of her and pictures of her with it but then I couldn't view any of them. and when i checked the memory status on the memory card, it says, 246mb used. so i assume it's in there but i can't view it? please help me out.

When you say you couldn't view any of your images after you had taken them, how were you looking to view them? In the default Gallery?

Press the Multimenu button next to the camer capture button, that will take you straight there. It will load the last image taken, so to view all the others, you should be able to scroll left or right, or if you wish to see the all the images, click "back".

In what sense did it not work mate? When I am shifting images around I connect it in Data Transfer Mode and go to the images folder and copy/paste them to my laptop.

You could also connect as above and tell your PC to search for *.jpg and see what comes back in the results.

Did you try reading the card from a card reader plugged direct into the computer, not while in the phone ? I think that's what mkr meant.

To view pics/videos in your phone or on your memory card via phone you need a file manger such as Y-Browser

Y-Browser v0.88 | SymbianV3.Com

You should be able to find them with this. It's a puzzle why your pictures don't show up before 30/12/2008. Particularly frustrating as you have a new daughter. I understand how annoying that would be as my son was born on the 8th December and without my N95 I would be without piccys of his first few days !

Congratutlations is she your first ? If so (my son is the compliment to my daughter aged 5) I can only say it gets different rather than easier !
