hii all i want to format my n95 8gb?? what is the safest way to do it?? and after doing it how to put all the software in it?? anyone plzz help me on this?? tel me the precautions when formatting it.THANKS.

Menu > Tools > Utilities > Memory > Options > Format mass memory
To find your Nokia Firmware version, key *#0000#. The V##.#.### shown is your current Firmware! Please add these details with Nokia model to your profile. This information will help others help you. Thank you.!

You will need to reinstall anything that is stored on your mass memory, games, applications, photos, music etc. Your OS will be fine. Make sure you back up before carrying out a mass memory format.

after formatting mass memory can i update my firmware version??my firmware version is V 15.0.015.if i update do i lose all the phone memory??

you can update your firmware anytime, so long as you backup important files first.
