How do I change the enhancement settings to ask everytime?
When I plug my anything into the 3.5mm jack, it automatically goes to the headphone setting. How do I change it so that it asks me which one I want every time I plug something it?

An interesting question, it would help if we knew what phone you were talking about... But on the 5800 at least, going to :-
Settings/Phone/Accessories... and selecting 'Text phone' as default seems to do the trick.

On my N95-4:
From homescreen, menu-tools-settings-general-enhancement, then just right click on whichever one you want as your default and choose "set as deafult".
