Is this possible by any chance?

An app, or maybe a setting on the phone which will bar data use? I don't have a data plan and I don't want to say how much a kB costs me because some of you will have a stroke. So is there a way to ONLY use LAN(if it's available). Like an app or setting which bars EVERYTHING from using data.

yes there is some where on the phone about stopping data usage, as that bit me in the back side when i first got my phone, racked up another 30 quid on me bill in a few days....

I was useing the sat nav on it and within the sat nav setting you can turn off data usege.

Oh but I'm not just talking about GPS, the whole shebang. A program which will not allow any data usage for anything (IE Internet, GPS, N-GAGE, etc).

Turning your phone to GSM only and removing any GPRS and WAP access points will do the job.

There is no app for this.

I already set it to GSM because I assumed there was less radiation that way.

But how do I delete the access points?

You need to go into your connections settings. I can't remember the exact name on the N95. But it's called Access Points and it's within Settings > Connecton.

P.S 3G Signal may produce more radiation, even though it's at 2100 MHz. But there has been no successful scientific tests to state that this extra radiation is harmful.

Have a read here, but take it with a pinch of salt.

I assume you're on Rogers. Call up customer service and say "I'd like to cancel any data coming to my phone. Block all my data so I have no access to it because I have no intention of getting a data plan and don't want to get accidentally charged for usage" They'll do it no questions asked. They did it for me. A 1 minute process. If I try and connect through the Rogers access points, it'll say the packet data was not retrieved.

And yes, Rogers non-data kB usage is ridiculous.

Or you could do that :P But back when my phone was branded, the access points couldn't be deleted so calling customer service was my only hope.
