Stuck debranding 0 urgent help needed please

Following the walkthrough from here:

Ive installed nemesis, connected data cable, opened nemesis, clicked read and on the bottom left hand of the memesis it says reading, then error.

What to do please ? Anyone?

Do I need PC Suite installed to do this ? is that causing the error ? I installed ovi last night and uninstalled pc suite.

Just have done micky. tried scanning too, just comes up with error in the bottom left hand of NSS.

Its a nokia N95 8GB Vodafone.

Have I done something wrong ?

Thats what I get ... Ive not got my Sim in, will that make any difference ?

The 1st time I plugged the phone in it installed all the drivers etc - then that happened above... Frustrated now as I had a feeling something would do wrong.

Put the Vodaphone code in off here (vodafone UK 0547869) and clicked read and it came up like that ....

What do I change it too now please?

Ive looked on about 4 sites now and everyone says now enter new product code from below. And everyone had nokia n95-2 8gb and a list of codes and countries but none have United kingdom, just euro 1,2 &3

Completely stumped now :-(
