Hi all,

My story is as follows:
My screen is not working anymore however the phone is working.
I need my phone only for one month to work by only receiving calls and probably call numbers I memorize, as I'm traveling.
However I have a problem in SW that I don't know and its not enabling me to call or receive, and I don't know why as I can't see the screen.
So what I'm asking for is a way to format the device from the PC as i tried the *#7370# and the 3 buttons methods and nothing happened and I don't know why as again I can't see my screen and I tried the PC suite and the only thing possible is an update for the firmware which I tried and the problem still persists.
