I did search before I posted but didn't find anything.

If I have the contact John Smith when I get a text is shows as Smith John.

You wouldn't think this a problem unless you have John Mum for John's mother and then you get a text and it says Mum at the top and you think it's your own mother.

Any way to change this?

Then everyone in my phone book will be backwards.

enter everyone's full name in your phone book in just the first name field...

If you just change John's Mum to use only one field, then only John's mum will be affected.

Sorry was in a rush as I typed that. The phone book has the option to display first or surnames first, or there's also the option of putting the entire name in just the christian/first name field....

This was one of the things I had to get used to when I bought 6680 so I've learnt to live with it over two years...

Does anyone know if this is a Nokia think or a Symbian/S60 thing?
