New to N95 and Symbian
Hello all Purchased an N95 a few days ago and am having a few issues. It's a lot more high tech than anything I ever used before. I can't seem to find a free media player that plays most audio streams thats free, websitedoes not require registration and works properly
Also can'tfigure out how to change the icons on the home screan. Sorry to ask such basic question but my last phone was a nokia 1100! bit of a jump up

To change the 'home screen' items:
Menu> Settings> General> Personalisation> Standby mode> Active Standby Apps.
Once you're here you can change them to what you like.
As to the media player.... what do you want to be able to do with it?

MediaPlayers seem to be fairly immature at the moment. I have yet to find one that works correctly, althogh that coreplayer my be OK. I am not prepared to pay for something I cannot even test, even though I had TCMP for quite a while on my old Windows Mobile device.
Of all the little issues the N95 has, the media facilities are probably the worst, very limited.
