Hi all,
I upgraded my firmware to the latest release yesterday, then found the Maps Upgrade on Nokia's website so installed that to my phone's memory. Then I downloaded the latest Maploader directly from Nokia. I ran Maps first to create the directory structure, then plugged in my phone via USB in Mass Storage mode. I deleted all maps from my device first, then uploaded the UK maps, and a section of Germany. Now, when I open maps it loads up fine...my voice guidance has been reactivated...but when I zoom in beyond the rasterised world view, it's just all green with no detail. How can I make Maps scan/search/find the maps that I installed?!?!?! Cheers, Ben |

Is there any way to change default location of maps to city directory so that when we download maps thru map loader it copies to disccache in city instead of private to be able to use with latest version of maps

I had this too - had to format the memory card, restart maps and let it load, then close it, then redownload maps using the map loader..
