Problem: screen light is always turned off

After installing new firmware v12 and restarting device, screen's light doesn't wake up! It is always turned off. And also keys under screen. Numeric keypad is ok.

What is the problem? Similar experiences?

After flashing it to v12, did you re-install any back-ups to it?

Could any liquid have got into it? It sounds like a circuit connection problem, not a software one. Has it been dropped?

No it hasn't. I only changed SIM cards 5-6 times yesterday. Maybe I did some damage removing battery and changing SIM cards.
I'll bring it to Nokia service and see what happened.

how many sim cardsdo you have? you get one of those dual sim so you don't have to keep on opening your phone.
