    what's the reason of corrupted memory card?

    try formatting it on your pc...

    Did you buy it from ebay? it might be a fake. When you have formattted it in your PC, try filling it with files up to its capacity and then try and copy them off again.

    Otherwise, the memory socket on the phone may be faulty.
