Sending Emails Problem

Hello i just try to set up my email account on my Nokia n95 but i have a lil problem, i can receive the emails fine but when i try to send an email it saids to put my password and i do even though is set up with my password and it keep asking for the same thing and then it said error in sending email. can any one help me out with this problem please and thanks.

Check that all details for your outgoing mail server are entered correctly -
Menu -> Messaging -> (Mailbox name) -> Options -> E-Mail Settings -> Outgoing E-mail

Best to check that your username and password are entered correctly and that the outgoing server is correct; If the settings were sent to your phone via config. message - Often, incoming and outgoing servers are the same so the phone can get confused if singular settings are recieved and end up being placed in the incoming settings only

hello i check all my setting and they are correct I have pop.charter.net on incoming and smtp.charter.net on the out going password and username the same so i still get email and can't send them
