Unlocked or unblocked?

Unlocked yes, by whatever network its on. Vodafone do it for £20 if your still in contract.

If unblocked, then its been reported stolen/lost. If you have had it returned by the police, or found it again you need to prove to your network provider that you have got it again.

Course, if you bought it then you should be more careful as to where you get it from. Sorry, you have a brick.

Yep, easy enough, there are plenty of unlock boxes on the market covering BB5 Nokias. Any decent indepedent phone shop should be able to do this for you.

Vodafone do unlock handsets that they have supplied, if the handset is under 12 months old a charge of £19.99 will apply. If the handset is over 12 months old then the charge would not apply. You can also use the email contact page to request this.

Hi,

We wouldn't post any customers details on a public forum. Can I ask, was this sorted out and resolved to your satisfaction by us? If there are any issues you'd like us to look into, feel free to contact us in the normal way.

You can request this unlocking code by customer services on 08700 700191 (or 191 from a Vodafone handset) or using our email contact page.
