One interesting point not yet touched upon is here

Interesting fact that many sites have upgraded their mobile presence for iPhone, and now we can take advantage.

Ok so I've been using both opera mini and the 'stock' browser for a week now and I'll point out some things I noticed and maybe it'll help. Opera mini is great but it seems to take too long to shut down. The main screen is nice and I'll insert a question here (can you get rid of yahoo on the second line and get google? The original Opera mini had google then one day it changed to yahoo and think it's been that way ever since) Moving on I don't see a great difference between mini and stock but I do LOVE the stock browsers ability to grab and download any photos on the web page, haven't played around with mini enough to see if this is possible. So in the end I don't really see much of a difference between the two and does anyone suggest another one I should try?

i get on great with the stock browser, I just wish it would let you download files that it doesn't recognise.

I remember when I first saw the S60 browser on the E60, it was being demo'ed back at 3GSM two or three years back (When you get to my age the years seem to roll into each other) Anyhow, from the first moment I saw it I knew I was seeing the best mobile browser, bar none, and since then I've never changed my mind. I have Opera Mobile on my phone but I never use it. It's there as an alternative back up option. I just detest the way Opera strips pages down into three chunks and lays it all into one long line. If the info I want is on the bottom left of a page, I have a lot of scrolling to do to get what I want.

Opera Mini is good, but it is so hard to read what I want on a page from the overview, so I'm constantly zooming in and out again navigating around the screen. The S60 browser is not perfect, but clearly the best available on any mobile phone.

mini opera isnt bad but the load and shutdowon took quite a bit of time. Using opera 8.65 now and it has some better features. More useful hotkeys and you can define the rate of zoom to fit the screen. Posting with it now.

i have an at&t 8525 and use WM 5 with mobile IE
i am going to be getting the N95-3 soon
through my experience, i have actually found that IE works better on my phone than opera or opera mini.

i tried opera as many others have said it's supposed to be one of the best, and many knock IE, but the phone kept crashing while using opera.

opera mini works a little better, but still has crashed.

IE has never crashed, and it actually loads quicker than both operas, too.
i don't know if it is because IE is supposed to be "optimized" or something like that with windows or not.....not sure.
all i know is that it runs quicker & smoother than opera.

i am hoping that the nokia browser is much better, as i have heard it is really good.
