Creating your own theme

How it it actually done?
i mean, as a web designer i can create very nice designs, icons and so forth.
but i wuold not have a clue how to make it to a working theme,
any help appreciated.

Carbide.ui is the daddy for making themes, but it can get pretty technical at points

If you want an easier option, I would suggest Mobile9's online creator

Carbide is the most comprehensive which I'd definately recommend giving a go if your capable of web design, things like online creators are good but only for those who would struggle with the technical aspects of cui (or are too lazy to purchase a new laptop that can handle carbide *points at self* )

it takes a lot of time/patience mind you but i imagine as a web designer you already have a fair bit of that! :D
