Is it a N95-3?

I got the deal from some sites.
They said thats N95-3 at BUY.com

But I do not see any information about its a N95-3 from that page.
I noticed that its has the same Mfg Part#: 002B9Q1 with DELL's N95-3.

Can I infer that it is N95-3 becaude it has the same Mfg Part# with the DELL one?

BTW, Can I use a so called prepaid T-mobile sim card on it ?

it does appear to be an N95-3, I have never purchased anything from buy.com but I am pretty sure they are perfectly legitimate just like amazon.com. $515.00 US is a good price, I think Tigerdirect.com has it for $499 US plus shipping (and possibly tax). As for the SIM card, it's a factory unlocked phone (all N95-3s are as far as I know), so you can use ANY SIM card you want.

I searched something about the Mfg Part No from this forum. It sounds like the N95-3 with the DELL one's Mfg Part No. is better than one with Tigerdirect one's.
I perfer to get a made in finland N95-3 than a made by nokia (HONGKONG) one.
P.S. For the Tigerdirect.com's N95-3 I needn't pay tax 'cause I'm in Ohio and the shipping fee starts by $17.49

Yes that phone from buy.com is the N95-3. I just bought mine from there last week and it just came in yesterday (too cheap to pay for the expensive shipping). I didn't have a single problem with buy.com and was recommended there by a co-worker that uses them alot and has never had a problem.
