Music Manager Help

I'm a new n95 8gb user and am having problems getting my music on to my phone. I'm connecting up, opening the Music Manager program and then scanning for the music I want, but when I try and add some files to my phone, I get an error message something along the lines of

"The files could not be copied as they are either already in the target format, or not in a compatible format"

These are generally mp3 podcasts downloaded through iTunes (Music Manager), and some CD tracks. Some CD tracks form the same CD get transferred, others don't! Music Manager shows all affected files as mp3 files - I have no idea what is going wrong.

Please help!

on your phone press *#0000# and write back with what it says. Also you can try reinstalling PC suite

I probably should update if I've an old version - how do I do that?

Is that the cause though? Surely even the olllld (!) versions could handle podcasts?

go to Nokia Europe - Download - Device software update and download the software updater and follow the step. First note, make sure your battery is full and/or plugged in. Make sure you don't disconnect the phone (i.e trip over the cord) or anything while it's updating and backup your phone via PC Suite and restore ONLY your contacts and NOT your settings

Ok - so I've downloaded the program, run it, and it says my version (11.0.026) is the most up to date? Screenshot attached. I'm presuming this isn't right?
