lens shutter cover
Does anyone know if the N95-3 can be retrofitted easily withe the N95-1 back cover with the lens shutter cover?

The short answer to your question would be no unfortunately. The main reason that Nokia had to get rid of the shutter on the N95 8GB was to accomodate the larger BL-6F battery.
