I ran NSS again to put the product code back to what it was, but it had already done it. The product code was the same code before I changed it. I changed the code to EURO1 code.
Is this normal? It was a N95-1 (Later model with NSeries on the back) Its just this minute come back to me, and was going to mention this the other day when I did the FW update for a family member.

Indeed young man, indeed.
I wrote the original product code down, did the update of FW, which was successful, then upon running NSS again to return the product code back, found it to be the same as when i started (The same as the one I had written down). I enabled write and did everything as per tips page, so im stumped lol Its no problem however, as I say, the FW upgrade was aok.

Ah I see what's happened then! It's easy to think you've changed the product code with NSS, even if you havn't. It looks like it didn't get saved properly, but your original product code was added to the list of accepted codes for the update
