Question Nokia phones do not vibrate when plugged in

Anybody know why this is the case?

I recall that it might be safety reasons, but I'm not sure

Its actually the battery that vibrates, so as I understand it, while its being charged, the vibrate is overidden.

That cant be it. The N90 had no vibration and used the BL-5B battery. Lots of Nokia phones use that battery and still vibrate.

No idea then, I always thought it was the actual battery that had the function to vibrate or not.

Just done some searching on Google, and found that there is a seperate vibrating motor, which works inconjuction of the phones battery directly.
