Works only on Loudspeaker (Nokia 3120)

I have a Nokia Model 3120.

My Problem
When I dial a number I do not hear it ringing at the other end. When the person at the other end speaks I hear nothing - I am not aware that the phone has been picked up. Yet if I switch my phone to LOUDSPEAKER MODE, I hear Everything, from start to finish.
What part do I need to replace?

Has your phone been dropped or opened up lately?
May pay to check if there is a firmware update for it.

your headpiece is damaged.. may be some small cables are disconnected or damaged, get repair
