need help for ma n95

i was wondering if u guys can help me out i cant open my clock application on my nokia n95 when i try to open it so i can deactivate the alarm it gives me a error of System Error................so guys can u help me out asap thanx appreciate ur time.

Also, which version firmware are you running on it? (type into your phone *#0000#)
