Retrieve synchronized contacts from Nokia PC Suite

Hi,
I used 6500 Slide and I lost it yesterday.
2-3 days back, synchronization was done automatically when PC suite was running in my notebook PC and bluetooth was on in mobile.
Now, I wanna retrieve the synchronized contacts and copy them into my new mobile. (I gotta do this manually as the new mobile is just a basic model for back up). So, how can I retrieve the contacts and see the list in my notebook PC? I checked address book in my Outlook (I use this for mails) & Outlook Express, but couldn't find the contacts. Can somebody help me in finding the contacts?

Had you previously done a backup using PC Suite's Content Copier?

Sorry for delayed reply.

I didn't do anything manually.
In fact, few days before losing my mobile, I formatted my notebook.So, the sync was done automatically and I knew that the sync was done only when I saw the message on my mobile.
If sync was not done properly, I shouldn't have got that message. So, this means sync was done properly and that data's lying somewhere.
Can you tell me about the extensions of these sync files?
Any more ideas?
