Ovi maps won't install

Hi,

After a hard reset of my Nokia N97 Ovi maps(3.06) wont install.
I treid using OVI suite and using sw-update both failed, and I don't know why.
I just reinstalled OVI suite like the message says, but still no installation So I'm stuck with an old version.

What do I have to do to make it fixed?

ok,

so I did a hard reset a again, and updated my maps before restoring the data.
now I have new maps, but for some reason the "update" part where I can preload maps using my phone doesn't respond.
If I click update nothing happens. I will stay at the menu. somebody a solution for this problem?

Everyone has been wondering why Ovi Maps hasn't been offered, for convenience, through the Ovi Store client - and, with the release of the new all-free, official v3.3, that's exactly what Nokia has done, indicating a high degree of confidence on its part. Great to see it heading up the store, anyway, and now merely a download away. And a side note for those for whom this doesn't appear - many other S60 3rd Ed FP2 phones will work fine with Maps 3.3 - just grab the closest version via your desktop and side-load it.
