help with my newb gps question

i live in California USA and i cant get any maps downloaded on my phone. I can get my city's map but cant access other maps without using the internet. So im asking if theres any way to cache all of southern california or at least a good portion of it.

You need to pre-load the maps with Nokia's Maploader:

i went on nokia(europe) and downloaded the nokia maps n then everything is in german in the find section....how do i change that to english WERe CAN I download maps from CALIfoRNIA
