bluetooth gps
Has anyone installed a bluetooth gps on a n95? The reason I ask is that the new gps's are SIRFIII instead of SIRFII like on the n95. Aside from the better gps think of the advantages -not needing to open the slide, to use the gps-being able to keep the phone on your belt, slide closed and using the gps with sports tracker etc. Just wondering.

First of all the N95 does not have a SiRF anything, its a chip made by Texas Instruments.
But I can confirm an external bluetooth GPS works great on the N95. I use a Holux GPSlim 236 powered by SiRF III, works a treat. That particular one got 99% recommended by GPSWorld. Also, I find the having my N95 in my pocket when using SportTracker works just fine when using the internal GPS. I would give it a shot before investing! Although to be totally honest I hold it in my hand when running as having it in the pocket means it jumps around everywhere.
