Recommended Cases for the N95 8GB ??
I would be interested in any evaluations (+ or -) or recommendations for cases for the N95 8GB. Please let me know of your experiences. I am particularly interested in a cases that have a belt clip.
Thanks!

I personally like the traditional leather case from Noreve with the customized fit and the camera flap. It does add on a little more bulk to the phone and a bit pricey for my budget, but I feel it was worth it.
The only problem would be the design of the belt clip. Although it is a 360 swivel design, the plastic is not very durable and has already broken on me. There are also two edges at the top of the clip that I filed down for comfort.

I have too many... haha... I have the original case like the one posted above me. I also have the clear crystal case, and also the pouch. In the end I still like the pouch and using it bare.

i had the original casing....
but one thing that realy frustated is this one :
Krusell Case
i had good experience with krusell case for my dopod and HTC... however this case for my 8gb is useless... bought it and after 1 day i returned it.
I tried sliding the phone but the clear plastic get on the way...after a few try, the plastic was torn. The casing really doenst made for the slider mechanism... so then i wrote an email to krusell customer service and ask them to design a new one...
i think some other user of this casing will also face this problem..so i may suggest u stay away from this case...
now, i'm also looking for casing for my 8gb...the one where i dont have to take away my phone from the casing...i like the one where it can be detached from the clip... this will reduce the wear n tear effect.. any suggestion guys

Have that one too. I find it makes the phone look even more bulky.

Try this case
I just received my horizontal case from Pdair and I like it so far, even though it's only been half a day. They also have anothe case but it takes away the Nokia character I think.

I have been using Nutshell cases for about 4 years. Only replaced my old one because it is too big for the n95. Very sturdy, simple, good value and high quality.
The only problem I can see is that there is no access to the headphone jack when in the case. No way to mod the design as the seams are on the sides.

I've got the same one as GSi-R, only real hassle is trying to make or recive a call for it !!
Nice case though, got mine from CPW.

Yes, it is cumbersome to use, prefer the vertical flip type, but couldn't find one for my N95-2.

Capdase make a case for the N95 8GB now. After 7 months my N95-1 is still immaculate inside my Capdase. Doesn't look fantastic (although some folk like it) - but it has survived several drops and maulings !

(edit) You can access everything on the N95 without taking the phone out of a Capdase case. The screen protector is also very clear, bright and scratch resistant (not a mark on mine after 8 months of hard use).

I used a pathetic crystal case for my n95-2 and it was a pain in the arse to take out and wipe off any specs of dust on the screen AND on the case lol. Therefore i changed to the silicone case and thought it was huuuuggge, then i thought hold on...if i take care of it without a case, it will be fine. So 'intelligently' i never used a case for around 2 months and as i was mostly scared about the screen getting scratched, it never...even without a screen protector.
I guess the outcome of your N95 lies within the owner's hands.

I got mine off of ebay. I actually bought two of them for under $12. The quality on them is pretty good, and it hasn't scratched my phone at all. It has a nice belt clip, that is as strong and study since the day I received them. I always have the case attached to my belt, at school and at work, and it stays there. Let me find the link for you....Clicky

I was thinking of buying this one for my N95 8GB but not sure if it will fit, it says it will fit a N95 and N96 so i would guess it could fit into a N95 8GB?
