    SW or HW problem, please help me

    Hello there,

    I am new to the forum, but having a great dissapointment

    I updated my N95 software, now it stucks all the time. Can I rollback to the pevios version of the software or what should I do?

    Please help me guys
    this sucks, I had enough now

    what do you mean stuck? you can't downgrade unless you take it to nokia care center or send it to them.

    Well I ment that it stucks like a normal PC, when I press a button, it freezes, then what I do is remove the battery and make it dead then replacing the battery and switch on the power.

    it really sucks

    can you suggest anymore?, I even tried *#7370#, but not satisfactory at all

    please help me guys with some consolatory ideas

    What model N95 do you have?

    Sounds software conflicts. Did you de-brand in order to upgrade the firmware, if so, have you made sure you used the correct product code? IE, an N95-1 product code, and not an N95-2 product code by mistake.(or vis versa)

    try reinstalling the firmware?

    Give this ago Fixed 100% of my probs so far

    have you done a Hard Master reboot, and formatted your memmcard,

    Master reboot.

    Power off phone

    hold the *, 3, Green call button and power the phone up and keep it holding the combination you will know it worked when it ask you for your country and date and time, Also format the memmory prior. make sure you back you contact and content first as this will wipe the lot.

    If that dont fix it it is a hardware problem.
    If it aint Broke, Over Clock it.
