Sorry for another thread but this problem is worse than other ones. I actually can't use the phone now...lol
Well, I changed product code and upgraded to V20. Everything seemed fine, got all my contacts back and then was in the middle of doing a restore when it got stuck on 69%. I waited about an hour and came back and it was still like that so I had to cancel. After that, it pompted on the phone to do a restart. Then the message came up: "Phone start-up failed - please contact retailer" Anyone ever encountered this problem? I guess with all the other stuff that's happened I'm gonna have to get it to a service centre. It's just annoying that this is a brand new phone and the warranty is void because I changed the product code (didn't have a chance to change it back). Unless this is a common problem with V20?..... Doubt it.
