LED or Torch or Light Flash

Hi all (It turns out it isn't the LCD, it is where the flash is where i'm having this problem)

I seem to have a problem that a greenish light has appeared in the flash area and won't go off! If anyone knows how to sort this, much thanks.

what has happened: i took the phone out of my pocket and saw a dim greenish light in the flash area, just under the camera lens of the phone. Been to the settings of the phone,no change, restored to factory setting but still this light will not go.

Even taking the battery out, leaving it for a while hasn't worked either!
