Map Uploader Probs

Hi all

I have a problem uploading maps. I have go to nokia.co.uk then go to the link "download nokia maps" from there with my N95 connected via usb. From there my phone say "install smart2go" i press yes then continue and from there all i get is "update error"

Anyone any ideas, anyone successfully downloaded maps?

Hi, I'm having the same problem too at the moment, my maps application wont open anymore, gets to 50% loading then kicks me out. Can't work out how to remove the maps application either so I can try it again

I would get a card reader because transfuring that many MBs of info threw the phone's USB connection will take you forever. But if you still want to do it from the phone, set it on mass storage device first. And check to see if it appears in MY Computer. If it does, then you should have no problem downloading the maps from the Maps program directly. Smart2go is the "sync" app i belive, which is provided threw the PC Suit and you can not download maps threw PC suit. And if your getting an Install message on your phone, then 99% that you are in PC Suit mode and not Mass storage mode.
