n95-2 stuck

hi.
when i go the menu using the bluebutton, and go the " download!" my n95 got stuck
the only way to return to the beginning is to hit the cancel(red) button. When i hold the menubutton for 5 sec i get the standy fuctions, there i find download! again, when try to shut it down it is again stuck,
i running the latest firmware v20.0.016
i reseted the factory settings

nothing works.

who can help me...

did a hard reset too? try reinstalling your firmware.

also see if it runs without your memcard inserted

No removable memory card in an N95-2 maltloaf.

oops no you're right ! that's one of the reasons I don't like the 8gb, no way to remove/ disable the mass memory. I stand corrected

yeh you can just format the mass memory, that is the negative point bt n95-2

And if your mass memory becomes totally corrupted to the point where the phone can't format it >> epic fail and instant need to return to service centre.
