n95 freezes half way frm recording video

anybody experienced it before? the most i get out of the video recording is 0:50+ secs, then it'll either freezes, or restart by itself, i cant find out the reason why

firmware is V 21.0.0.16

tried hard reset or reinstalling the firmware? videos saved to memory card or any other apps running?

already hard reset, but it doesnt work, will reinstall firmware in couple of days time, my recorded videos will be saved in memory card :). just wondering anybody other than me xperienced it before. :P

If you do a quick search you will see that other member have indeed experienced the same. I recall reading a thread recently with the same problem.

Please update your profile with your model number and current firmware version to make it easier to help you.

If your firmware is V.21.0.016 I guess you have a N95-1 (RM-159), but it would be better if we could see straight away what we are dealing with.

Hi all!
I have the same problem, i use camera for 50 or less seconds then my n95 reboot himself or completely freeze. But i noticed that it happens even when i use emulators o other games. I think it can be a bad ram chip or damaged internal memory...No one has some news?

P.S. the problem still exist even without the memory card, even without sim, i used hard format and deep format and reinstalled the firmware.
P.P.S. I have N95 FV: v21.0.0.16 no brand
