Camera not working, then phone didnt restart
Well, I had a weird experience today with my n95-2. I was planning on taking a quick snap, but upon opening up the camera app, i was disgruntled to see the camera controls, but the camera appeared not to be working, and i was shown a black picture. I thought I would try restarting the phone, but on restarting it, i got the message Phone startup failed - Contact Retailer, then an endless loop of the nokia startup screen and the message, and repeat. The only way I could fix it was to remove the battery for 10 minutes, then after replacing, i have not seen any problems, even the camera works again.
This particular thing has happened to me twice now, including the error message about another two times. The only way to fix it on all four occasions was to remove the battery, and replace it some time later. Whats the problem with it? Its really _ _ _ _ing me off. Other alternatives, like the 8gb w960i and the 8gb iphone seem to be getting better and better by the day! |

the latest firmware for the N95-2 is V20, have you tried to update, or are you branded to a certain operator, or using Vista on your PC?

alright ive upgraded to v 20.0.016. Will let you know how it goes over time.
@Jaustin no it doesnt work on vista, i used my eeepc running xp to flash it |
