Cannot enter data transfer mode, please help!
Hi Guys,
I really hope you can help. I cannot enter data transfer mode anymore because it keeps saying that mass memory is being used by another application. I have handy task man and killed all apps, I cannot see what is running. I even rebooted my phone and still the same thing. I have gone into apps manager and can see that all apps looked installed. I did hack my phone 2 days using the method on here and to be honest I have only tried connecting it today and having this problem. Will a hard reset fix this problem and would I loose everything? Many thanks. |

Its most likely a hard reset would work (almost certain), but yes you would lose everything.
Always best to back it all up beforehand, for a restore. |

Guys sorry for sounding so dense but when putting stuff on the phone, it is best to use phone memory or Mass memory, I think I put EQ tab on mass memory (like I have done with my other apps) and think this is what caused it, I hear it is the same with themes as well. Thanks. |

Generally, unless it needs to be in the phone memory, its best to keep it on card/mass storage.
