VOIP stops working after a few calls

N95
Latest firmware
Three Australia
Using Mobile Internet as connection (direct Internet connection)
PennyTel (Welcome to PennyTel)
G.729 codec 'forced' using SIP settings utility from Nokia

Ever since I got this working earlier this year, after making a few calls I often need to reset the phone connection by cycling offline / online and re-initialising the VOIP connection to continue making calls, otherwise it gets stuck on 'calling <number>' and no sound or any other indication of activity.

Any ideas?
