My multimedia menu button won't respond~!!!

I bought my N82 3 months ago and all of a sudden there's a problem with my multimedia menu button...
whenever I press it...it will just blink and direct me back to the display screen. I tried restarting my phone but it will keep doing the same thing :mad:

I heard it has something to do with the alarm clock and I actally use that very often

I havn't updated my phone yet to any firmware...If I update it will it fix the problem?!

I deleted all my 3rd party apps but still the multimedia menu would just blink and return to where I was

Could anyone Please help me I want to get the multimedia menu button to work again so it will be back to normal :(

This may fix the problem,give it a try.

If there isn't an update available then just re-install,back up first though.

i do have the same experience with you.. i have my latest firmware... but sometimes my multimedia key will do the same thing as you're multimedia key.. but when i restart my phone, it will be bacc again to normal.. but i hate it sometimes because i have my shortcuts there in multimedia key..
