When you update the firmware it should wipe all settings on the phone (including 02's)

I have a feeling you've not updated right, as V21.0.016 on an N95-1 is wrong. As We're onto v30 now.

Did you change your product code?

Simply updating the firmware does not get rid of the branding, i.e. you are still on the O2 version of V.21.

Try deleting all access points from your phone and then run the Sett. Wizard from the Tools > Utilities menu to get the Voda settings. You should also set your web browser to Always ask so that you can select which access point to use.

That means no.

All you have done is updated the firmware. As 93TID said, you've not removed any operator settings until you debrad by changing your product code.

Please see the FAQ at the top of the page for instructions.

This is where I run out of steam since I do not use my phone for email and have always skipped that setting when asked. Hopefully someone else will jump in soon to help you out.
