    Unhappy Corrupted Memory Card

    I loaded a bunch of Videos and Music on my 2Gigabyte Memory Card and while I was watching it on my phone it suddenly stopped and said that the Memory card got corrupted and it needs to reformat it. What do you think Happened?

    do you have a genuine memory card? i suggest you get one from a reliable brand like Sandisk.

    Try to format your card again (not in computer - in phone) and fill it up by files, then copy those files back to comp. If error appears again - buy a new card... Sometimes they are dying.

    What brand is the original nokia mem card? I have had the similar problem and I have tried 2 different mem cards and handsets. Not cool at all loosing all my photo's
