Menu: Feature not supported
I have had my phone for a couple months. All of a sudden today, when I press the Main Menu button (left of direction button) I get a "menu: feature not supported" message. I don't know of anyway to access main menu without this button. Do I need to reset ? If so, what are the codes again for soft and hard reset ? Thanks.

If you don't have settings on the standby screen you can add it to the media menu (the one you access via the right button or sliding the front down). But I would imagine that if you can't access the menu the normal way you won't be able to access it any other way. Which suggests something on the phone has become corrupt. |
