N95 memory card Corrupted, PC Won't read

hi.
all of my pictures and music is saved on my memory card and yesterday i notaced that i can no longer get to it. i went into tools, utilities and clicked memory card and it says card corrupted. is there any way of getting the pictures ect back? even if its just onto the pc as i can then put them on my other phone. thanks

Have you got an MicroSD card adapter you can try in a card reader for your pc?

its a nokia n 95. i have a adaptor that slots into my laptop but when i do this it doesnt recognise it. iv tried it with a different card and it recognises that one

What brand and size is the memory card?

its a nokia one that came with the phone. and is 1 gig

Well, I would recommend you binning that one, and investing in a genuine Sandisk MicroSD, the supplied cards are known to fail.

However, if your images on that 1GB card are very important, then you may want to search for that program I suggested, Recuva.

iv tried recuva and it didnt find the stuff on the card
