web browser problem

hey whats up guys..

so I was working yesterday, and I put my phone down, and later when I got off work and looked at it, my picture that I had as my wallpaper was gone, and later on when I got home, I tired to go on the internet and when I click on the earth logo, or hold zero, it would quickly go to the screen, but no bookmarks or anything would come up, and it would quickly re-direct me back to the original screen I was in.

all other apps are working fine, and my wlan search locates my connection, but for some reason I cant open it up.

any suggestions, and if I reset the whole phone, do you think it would help??

Have you switched the phone on and off?

ya..its been like this for more than a week, and I reset the factory settings and all, and its still messed up..

I'm having the same problem with my Nokia N95. Everytime I click on the Web logo, it wouldn't proceed, instead, it would go back to the original screen. I've tried everything as well.....nothing seems to work....anybody can help me??

reset or upgrade your phones.
