Radio louder on one side than other.

Does anyone else notice that the radio is significantly louder on one side (speaker channel) than the other?

I recall reading some posts about people mentioning this happening to them and that it somehow related to changing stations or something.

Im wondering if anyone knows of any solution to this? btw I have latest FW for Euro 1 product code.

Dumb Question but it has to be asked...

Is your audio 'Balance' control set to centre?

i have never changed the balance settings. Ill try changing but i doubt that its the cause.

From what i recall the problem only occurs after changing stations, ie it works properly on the 1st station and then screws up after bieng tuned to another station.

update:

I just tried it again, and now for some reason it appears to work correctly.

Although I cant find a menu within which I could change the balance settings (specifc to the radio, there is one for the music player)

i found the post where i had originally heard about the problem (after which I tried to see if it was so on my phone)

apparently quite a few people have this problem, and the guys on the other forum seem to think its a v12 issue with visual radio
