USB error - OTA help

hi I have a prob with my n95 and if someone knows something pls help me out.

the prob with usb connector is that when i connect the phone to my pc (and other pc's) the pc does not find any divice connected to it...
and on my n95 screen is nothing pops up.. like
pc suite
data transfer ....
like other n95
.
i try everything the settings r right the pc suite is installed brand new dke -2 drivers r installed but nothing happens...
the only way before nokia service center is to upgrade firmware... but with no usb connection is difficult. So the only solution is OTA over-the -air update..
but i dont have the right settings... if someone got the setting profile right and workable pls send me a post... thanx a lot.

There are no OTA updates for N95.

Only small patches come via OTA. A full FW suite is a few 100mb, and beyond the handsets capability.

Are you using a PC or a mac?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PC suite software?

Do you have the option of using a different USB cable at all? ie a friend's or colleague's?

I take it you have tested your USB ports with other devices?
