right hand side of phone loose

hey just got another n95 yesterday after losing my old one. i've noticed that the right hand side of the phone is loose so when i press the call end button or anything on that side the phone clicks down a bit, if that makes sense. it's really getting on my nerves but i don't want to send it back. is there anything i can do to fix it? i'm not sure if it was a problem with the slider.
