maps crashes on search
hi all,
My nokia maps won't search on category anymore. If i select it it either closes the app or restarts the phone. I have taken the battery out etc but still the same. I did a full reset of the phone after deciding the new nokia maps was useless. I'm worried if i upgrade i'd get the new nokia maps. Can i reinstall my current software or is there another fix?

Yes, you can re-flash your current firmware (To the same version) and you won't get the new Nokia Maps program unless you choose to install it.

I know this doesn't fix your problem and that maps should work, but I am very happy with the Google Maps, so if you can't get Nokia's Map program working to your satisfaction, you can try Google Maps.
