N95 Clock Error

Hey Folks

1st Post Here ;)

Anyway, my Dad and I got our N95's back in July. And really have enjoyed them ever since, even with all the problems.

As it turns out, my Dads hasn't really had any problems until now. When he tries to open his clock, it comes up with a message saying "System Error" and it fails to open the clock.

We have backed up his memory, and then restored the phone to default settings, and that fixed the problem, but when I go to memory card, and press restore from memory card, it will correctly restore and then if I go to clock, the clock still doesn't work.

Any ideas??

TIA

Ben

Maybe you should re-store the back up without re-storing the settings (un-tick the settings box),try that out....it might work,i'm still a but stumped as to why it does what you say it does.

My mate had a similar problem, solved with resetting.
If you use Nokia Content Copier to back up you should have the option.
