Honestly, right when I saw the 950 mAH battery, I lost all hopes of getting this device. Have they not learned? Start betting- I say 3 months after the n96 is released, max, till they come out with a n96-2 or n96-32gb |

The current crop of 'new' handsets is Nokia trying to get as much as possible from the N95-type platform before moving on to the 'next generation' of handsets IMO.
Wait a few months and you'll probably be given the golden opportunity of being able to pay to beta-test this new generation of devices... just as the early-adopters of the N95 did... If you're dumb enough, that is! ;)

if i can remember... i was complaining on this forum at first and saying next time i'll wait for a review or complaints on a phone first before buying... but watch, i'll be the first one on line getting the new phone. LOL. some people just never learn. :) no, really... i'll wait this time. ;)
