It's user uploaded applications, themes, videos and images IICR. Yes, most of it is probably copyright protected but that's up to Nokia to fix. I dislike it, the application is a waste of time as you can simply visit mosh.nokia.mobi or something from your browser.

A very annoying piece of software. As said - just sends you to the browser. Would be cautious if downloading anything you shouldn't - you need to sign up for the service.

I would also be very hesitant in running half the stuff on Mosh... People seem oblivious to the idea that there are viruses that can affect these devices out there.

They don't write the anti-virus programmes for nothing y'know?

A quick Google will find you these pages:

New Symbian Virus Spreads Through MMS - Mobiledia
Double trouble from Symbian virus | The Register
New Symbian Virus Commwarrior.C - SlashPhone.com
The Daily ACK: More Symbian virus problems

Just the sort of things that would spread well as "Rotate Me - signed!", or the like, on Mosh.

Ok, ok - not a huge problem - but there's potential.
I'm just saying that it's good to be careful!

There aren't many new viruses... ok. It's important to note that a virus wouldn't be signed anyway. Edit: That's exactly what the signing process is for...

However, as a fair amount of websites point out, the issue is that when you download cracked or "signed" apps (the sort of thing you might get from Mosh), the code can be tampered with for more malicious purposes.

Just something to bear in mind...

Thanks for the sarcastic answer but i know about all the above, but what i should have said is ''do you know anyone who has ever got a virus'' or ''heard of an app thats is a virus in disguise'' cause i sure haven't.

AV programs for a mobile are a big waste of space on the phone in my opinion.

Like you said there is potential but not much to worry about at the minute.

your pretty much safe from getting a virus on your phone if
a) you use common sense
and b) you have a nokia n95.

dont waste your money and ram.
