After a while it feel I need my N95 8GB so I can use the "smartphone" in a proper way. iphone feels more like a toy with some fun stuff , and when I compare the E71 with iphone . It be a wow factor how amazing good the E71 look with all basic functions and much more in her stainless steel cover body.

what is visual voicemail anyway?
the situation in here is just the opposite as in the USA, everybody has N95s and almost nobody has an iPhone. |

visual voicemail is voicemail on your phone so you dont have to call into your network provider to retrieve it. There's a program on the N95 that does the same and I can't remember the name though

hey guys, some idiot thinks iphone 3g is better then n96
heres what he put Okay.... I have a new iPhone, so feel free to take this with a large chunk of salt if you want. 20x zoom on a mobile phone is stupid. It's highly likey that most of this is digital zoom, in which case you'd be as well taking the picture with out the zoom and expanding the area of interest yourself - this is pretty much all a digital zoom does. iPhone comes in a 16GB model as well. As far as video calling goes - I have had this option for many, many years and have never been able to use it because nobody else has a phone that supports it! Some things I will grant you are a quite tempting - the TV receiver is interesting (though I tend to download any TV I want to watch and can sync it to my iPhone). The N96 has a slot for a memory card that can expand the storage capacity of the phone, which is a very nice feature. Proper support for flash video is a really useful one to have - I hope that it makes an appearence on the iPhone eventually. The camera is higher resolution, but I think I can live with the 2MP on the iPhone, given the fact that I have a really high res digital camera - might be different for others though. Now onto what I like about the iPhone that (I think) the N96 will not be able to compete with: The screen - not only larger and higher resolution, but the brightness is amazing! I was sat outside the other day with the sun almost blinding me off my screen but I could still read the text on it without any problems - a first for me on any LCD screen. Touch controls - the touch screen interface is really a god send. Typing works really well for me and everything else is really sensibly laid out. GPS - seems to have been removed for the N96 for some reason. Can be very handy with the Google Maps application for finding your way around in an unfamiliar place! USB charging - absolutely brilliant for me. Not sure if the N96 supports this, but it makes my life really, really easy. Safari - aside from the lack of flash support (You Tube is covered, though) the web browser is fantastic Operating System - I have played with several N95s and if the OS is the same on the N96 (likely - or at least similar), then it's nowhere near the OS on the iPhone. I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy and am actually happier on a computer with no graphical interface at all in many situations but this thing is literally a joy to use. Games - I already have a load of free games that are really good fun - some of them making use of the tilt sensor to really good effect. I've played loads of games on mobiles before - most of them are rubbish, to be honest. I'm sure I could go on and on, but I think my bias (and self-justification of my purchase) is already showing. One last anecdote; I have always used the call waiting function on my phones at some point, with varying degress of success. The first time this happened on the iPhone, things were pretty straight-forward. Once I was speaking to the second person, one of the on-screen controls switched to saying "Merge Calls". I pressed it and I was in a 3-way conference call... Now, like I said, I've used call waiting features pretty heavily before and I didn't even know that this was possible! Thinking about it, I guess it must have been on at least some of my previous phones, but none of them made it obvious enough or easy enough to do. The reason that any touch screen phone (not just the iPhone) is going to win out for me is the fact that the user interface can change to fit what you are doing. Trying to use the same 12 (plus a few) buttons that are fixed in place (and taking up space) for every single mode of operation doesn't make sense and usually isn't all that easy to follow.
